I found on line videos about how to fix the leaks similar to the ones I have on the town car.
At bottom of this email are links to three videos.
1>The first one is short (about 3:10 Min) and suggests the problem is a simple cleaning of a drain plug and he criticizes other videos that remove a lot of screws and stuff. Click here
2>The second video is longer (14 minutes) and in detail and does remove a lot of stuff. Click Here
3>The third one is a variation of the above. and shortest of the three (1:50). Click Here
One of the videos suggests this also solves the back seat issue but I am not sure how.
There are many other similar videos and links on the internet about the issues. Maybe Ford/Lincoln would have some bulletin about it too.
